DAN LEVIN, VICE PRESIDENT

Dan Levin is the Vice President of Highwater Management. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, from recruiting and training staff, to creating menus and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Daniel has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He got his start as a fishmonger in a local market, and worked his way up through all areas of restaurant management. In 2022, he was promoted to VP at Highwater Management. Under his leadership, Highwater has become one of the most respected restaurant management companies in the mid-Atlantic region.

When he's not working, Dan enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, fishing and boating on the bay, hiking in nearby parks, and browsing local farmers markets. He also loves cooking - his specialty is seafood and comfort dishes - and is always happy to share a meal with friends and family.
