HOLDEN KAMMERER, RESTAURANT CONSULTANT

Holden began bussing tables for SoDel Concepts at 15 years old. Since then he has worked in almost every SoDel establishment and, from dishwasher to manager, has performed nearly every job in the business.

Holden attended Franklin and Marshall College where he graduated with a degree in Philosophy and Sociology. After graduating he went on to cook at some of the best restaurants in the world in New York City and in San Diego. On top of his kitchen and hospitality knowledge he is also a certified sommelier with hands on vineyard experience. Holden has been in the restaurant industry for a decade and is now using his expertise as a consultant for Highwater Management.

Holden was an All-American lacrosse player for Cape Henlopen High School and spends time as a volunteer wrestling coach. You can also find him surfing whenever there are waves.
